Worker contact information held in Xemplo transfers into Visualcare when the worker profile is created. This keeps the initial worker record aligned with the information already captured during onboarding rather than requiring the same details to be entered again.
Employment details captured in Xemplo transfer into Visualcare once onboarding has been completed and approved. This gives the Visualcare worker record the employment information established during the onboarding process.
