With a wealth of experience across workforce management, business systems, and digital transformation, Darren Berson has spent much of his lengthy career helping organisations understand how technology can improve the way people and work alike can be better managed.
As Xemplo’s Head of Enablement Solutions, Darren works with a wide array of businesses to identify operational challenges and translate them into practical workforce solutions.
His core focus areas include improving efficiency, reducing manual administration via automation and intelligent workflows, strengthening operational visibility, as well as the practical applications of technology to simplify complex business processes.
Darren’s professional philosophy centres on empowerment – providing both internal leaders and employees with the tools, information, and systems they need to assume greater control of their professional lives (and succeed on their own terms).
Outside of his tenure at Xemplo, Darren has also founded and contributed to initiatives focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, and community development in Western Australia. He is a Board Member of MenAble Inc., and a former Co-Founder of the Cape Connect Entrepreneurship and Innovation Collaborative.
Darren Berson is equally credentialled in his academic background – holding a Master of Electronic Commerce and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Information Systems from Curtin University, along with a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing Management) from Murdoch University.
