A veteran of the payroll industry, Graham Jenkins served as a consultant for EPG Group’s Managed Payroll and now provides expert advisory for Xemplo following its merger with the former entity.
Graham began his storied career at IBM, where he initially held senior financial planning roles at both IBM UK and the IBM European headquarters in Paris.
In 1998, over 20 years after joining the company, Graham assumed global responsibility for IBM's Disbursement processes (Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, Payroll). From that point forward, he was effectively leading the multinational’s payroll governance, delivery, strategy, and transformation.
After his tenure at IBM, Graham joined BP as Global Payroll Owner during the company’s seminal One HR transformation.
In 2008, Graham established his UK-based firm, The Consultant Connection Ltd. During this period, he advised clients across the world on matters related to payroll strategy, delivery, and governance – subjects the industry veteran has spoken about at length internationally (and authored thought leadership articles on extensively).
