Xemplo’s configurable rate templates gave u&u the ability to standardise complex payment and charging conditions, providing consultants with on-the-fly rate calculations for increased visibility and control across various worker arrangements. u&u consultants can quickly obtain client approval through the built-in signing functionality, and easily schedule future rate or contract changes.
u&u was able to seamlessly automate timesheet processing with Xemplo’s flexible assignment architecture. With assignments, Xemplo provides a single source of truth for both payroll and billing to operate harmoniously, significantly streamlining both backend process flows to optimise each team within the organisation, freeing up valuable time and reducing admin overheads.
