  • Stay ahead of key workforce events
    A new Key Dates tab in Compliance Activity shows upcoming anniversaries, six-month casual anniversaries, birthdays, new starters, and terminations in the next seven days – giving HR and managers a forward view of important milestones.
  • Get alerted to visa changes earlier
    The VEVO checks tab now highlights when a worker's visa changes (for example: from student to work visa), even if they remain work eligible, so you can adjust roles or rosters before issues arise.
  • Improve task clarity and documentation
    Task descriptions now support headings, bullets, and links, making instructions easier to scan and follow. Attachments can be added to one‑off tasks and tasks generated from Checklists (formerly Task Templates), so documents travel with the work that needs to be done.

    Xemplo Performance is a guided, flexible solution for tracking worker performance across the employment journey. It automates the creation of performance reviews for individuals and teams based on worker role and company preferences (without complex configuration) helping standardise performance conversations.
  • Plan performance cycles ahead of time
    Xemplo Performance now supports performance review period end dates in the future, allowing forward-looking review cycles.
  • Expanded training libraries
    New Expert courses by Xemplo (Workplace Sexual Harassment, Working in Heat, Hazardous Chemicals) are now available, alongside access to 150+ Kineo partner courses – making it easier to deploy compliant training programs at scale.
  • Improve workforce data accuracy
    Super Administrators can see the EOR company employing a worker from the Workers list, and counts of impacted workers when changing position compliance settings are now accurate.
