Xemplo 3.41 introduces a series of practical improvements designed to make onboarding, billing, payroll, and contract workflows easier to manage. This release effectively provides teams with more flexibility when worker details change, enhances visibility across key steps, and streamlines everyday tasks across the platforms.
What’s new in Xemplo 3.41
- Keep onboarding moving (even when details change)
HR and Admins can now edit worker credentials while onboarding is In Progress or during HR Review. That way, teams won’t be limited during onboarding – and workers can keep the process moving without needing to restart or escalate. - Improve billing and payroll review workflows
Billing and payroll review workflows have also been refined to make key information easier to find and review. Rate templates in Assignments have been improved, invoice reports now reflect selected filters consistently, and invoice email errors are easier to identify in the Invoice & RCTI List. Additionally, the “Download Reports” pop-up in the New Payroll Batch screen now loads faster with payroll batch detail dates displayed in local time for an optimised experience. - Streamlined contracts and platform interface
Custom questions in the Contract Library can now be saved and updated more consistently when creating custom contracts, supporting smoother template management. Page header counters have been removed across the platform for a cleaner, simpler interface.
