Xemplo 3.29 gives you more control over how your workforce is set up, paid, and managed. From onboarding and assignment rates through to analytics and performance, you can configure how data flows and gain visibility across your workforce.

• Greater control over assignments and onboarding
  
  • Per-assignment allowance rates
    Users can now set allowances on individual assignments without changing the shared rate template. This makes it easier to align agreed commercials with how your bill – without creating unnecessary templates or manual workarounds.
  • Customisable onboarding questions
    Additional Questions now appear as separate sections in the Finalise Profile step, making it easier to capture D&I, asset/PPE, and benefits data in a structured way from day one.

  • Xemplo Analytics (add-on)
    Xemplo Analytics brings together invoice, compliance and workforce data into one place – giving you clearer visibility across Time to Bill, workforce trends, and compliance risk. Expanded attributes include invoice/RCTI detail, work rights, credentials, and tenure.
  • Improve compliance and worker visibility
    Expanded compliance and worker visibility: Compliance Alerts now includes VEVO Checks and Letters. Workers can view and download richer position descriptions from the Worker Portal home page.

    Admins can easily view assessment details at assignment time, and courses auto-complete as soon as all content and assessments are finished. This makes training easier to track, report on, and evidence.
  • Xemplo Performance
    Xemplo Performance delivers guided, role-aware reviews that help standardise performance conversations across individuals and teams, with a centralised history of outcomes.
  • Expanded training libraries
    New Expert courses by Xemplo (Workplace Sexual Harassment, Working in Heat, Hazardous Chemicals) are now available, alongside access to 150+ Kineo partner courses – making it easier to deploy compliant training programs at scale.

  Courses automatically complete once all content and assessments are finished, with HR able to view assessment responses — supporting clearer reporting and audit trails.
• Expanded analytics and organisational insights
  Analytics now includes additional invoice/RCTI attributes and compliance data, with improved organisational structures (such as “reports to”) feeding into dashboards and position descriptions.
• Improved compliance visibility and platform stability
  Compliance Alerts now provide a more complete view across all categories, and login flows have been refined for a more consistent user experience.
