New Supported Regions & Smarter Alerts In Xemplo 3.31 HERO

Xemplo 3.31 makes it easier to manage a global workforce with consistent onboarding and compliance. Stay ahead of Work Rights obligations, and keep billing, contracts and calendars aligned with how you actually operate.

What’s New in Xemplo 3.31

  • Run onboarding consistently across regions
Onboarding now uses region-neutral terminology, with an option to rename "Contract" (for example: to "Offer"), and date fields follow your company format so multi-region teams can share a single onboarding model.
  • Stay ahead of Work Rights expiries
Work Rights expiry alerts can be turned on or off, with configurable reminder frequency and message content, and are emailed to HR Managers and Company Administrators to support proactive renewals.
  • Get clearer insight into tenure and compliance risk
New Length of Service fields and additional worker compliance data are available in Analytics dashboards and visualisations, adding context when you review tenure, risk, and exposure.
  • Expand safety and compliance training
A new Hazardous Chemicals course based on Safe Work Australia guidelines is available to Australian customers, extending Expert safety and compliance content for high risk environments.

What this means for you

  • Scale onboarding across regions without rework
You can give new starters a familiar, region-appropriate experience while still running one consistent onboarding process across markets (reducing one-off local tweaks).
  • Less chance of Work Rights surprises
Configurable alerts and updated evidence types mean HR has earlier warning on expiring Work Rights, so renewals are less likely to be missed.
  • Clearer expectations for workers and managers
Workers can see their full Position Description and required checks in the Worker Portal, making it easier to understand what their role involves and what compliance looks like.
  • Improve billing and cost accuracy
Improvements to on-cost spreading, RCTI handling, and optional Bullhorn consultant mapping help keep billing, tax, and cost calculations accurate and easier to reconcile.
  • Reduce manual fixes across payroll and contracts
Smarter defaults, targeted notifications, and region-aware public holiday calendars mean less time spent correcting dates, contracts, and payroll edge cases.

Platform enhancements

  • Worker Portal transparency
Workers can view their full Position Description, including required credentials and Work Rights checks, from their Worker Portal home page for better visibility of role expectations.
  • Billing, on-costs, and RCTI handling
Bullhorn users can optionally auto-set the Xemplo assignment consultant from the Bullhorn job owner; "per timesheet" on-costs synced from payroll are evenly spread across pay categories; and timesheet expenses can be included in RCTIs as tax-inclusive to avoid double taxing.
  • Contracts and data quality
New contracts for existing workers now default the start date to today, custom merge questions have been removed from policies, and clause library guidance text now renders correctly to reduce contract setup errors.
  • Payroll, access, and calendars
Payroll Managers receive emails when amendments auto-move to "Amendment Submitted"; activation emails are no longer sent for inactive accounts; and Public Holiday calendars for Bill and Employ update automatically based on company region.
