On-cost recalculation now looks at the status of the on-costs themselves rather than the whole timesheet. This lets you correct unbilled on-costs when something changes (without accidentally altering amounts that have already been invoiced). - Simpler contract updates and change control
HR and Legal can work in Word or PDF and upload new or amended contracts straight into Xemplo. When a worker signs a new contract, changes such as remuneration and employment type now take effect from the contract's effective date, so future-dated adjustments don't impact records prematurely. - Stronger, more consistent offboarding processes
Company Administrators can configure termination checklists that automatically create tasks for the right people when a worker is terminated. - Richer JobAdder data in your contracts and onboarding
The JobAdder integration now supports custom placement fields in addition to standard fields. These custom fields can flow into Xemplo and be merged into contract templates, allowing your own placement data to carry through onboarding without manual re-entry. - Set clearer position and safety expectations for workers
A new Health & Safety Checklist course is available in the Expert library for Australian customers. It can be assigned to workers who need to assess their working environment and understand health and safety requirements, supporting stronger safety practices alongside detailed position descriptions visible in the Worker Portal.
